Scholarships

  • The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship: The scholarship program is targeted towards students from developing countries wishing to study in the public university of the Czech Republic. It is provided in both the mediums of study- Czech as well as English. The eligible countries are Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ethiopia, Georgia, Cambodia, Moldova, Ukraine, Zambia. Under this program, students can receive funding for a one-year-long and preparatory course.
  • The Walsh Fellowship: The duration of this scholarship program ranges from two years for MSc program and four years for a PhD course. An eligible student is provided an amount of 22,000 EUROS. It is targeted at students involved in Teagasc Research and Knowledge Transfer Program, majorly in fields of food, crops, animal and grasslands, environment, economics and rural development.
  • Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship: This program is aided by the Department of Education and Skills. It is valued at 16,000 EUROS per annum.
