  • Singapore International Graduate Award: This scholarship, abbreviated as SINGA, is given to students interested in pursuing a PhD in biological sciences or physical science and engineering. The Agency for Science, Technology and Research, Nanyang Technological University, the National University of Singapore, and the Singapore University of Technology and Design have come up together to form SINGA. The award will cover up to four years of PhD study. This includes a stipend of SGD 2,000-SGD 2,500 each month. A one-time plane fare award and a one-time settling-in stipend are also included.
  • Commonwealth Scholarship for Integrated Science: Commonwealth Scholarships are granted to students hailing from countries that are part of the Commonwealth. The scholarship comprises travel expenses, tuition fees and other allowances.
  • Lee Kong Chian Graduate Scholarships: These Singapore scholarships are given to students interested in pursuing PhD programmes at the National University of Singapore. It is available to students from all over the globe. A monthly stipend of SGD 3,300 is provided, as well as tuition, examination fees, and other permitted costs at NUS, as well as a one-time travel allowance and a one-time laptop allowance.
